Part Time Office Manager Position Needed Immediately!
Do you love weddings? Do you have a special appreciation for luxury services & experiences? This is a great job opportunity for someone who would love to work in the wedding industry. We are a high end boutique photography studio looking for a Studio Manager to take care of our clients. Our ideal person will be highly detail oriented (the type who dots every i & crosses every t to perfection) and very familiar in an office environment. Phone skills and customer service is a high priority, as is problem solving, efficiency and administrative know-how. The position is very administrative in scope, so if you know Outlook backwards and forward, can file, write beautiful thank you notes, wrap gifts like Martha Stewart & make our clients feel incredibly pampered and well taken care of, you might be the perfect fit for us!
Scope of work:
• Managing client relationships through phone calls, email, scheduling appointments through Outlook, and administrative follow up.
• Maintaining a highly organized office environment
• General admin-filing, database, mailings, phones, etc.
• Assisting clients in making product selections (sales)
Qualifications:
• AA or BA or equivalent office experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office required, especially Outlook (testing at interview)
• Quick learner, strong attention to detail, accuracy
• Excellent phone skills & written communications
• Customer service oriented-should enjoy “going the extra mile”
• Highly organized & strong attention to detail
• Able to multi task and handle deadlines with ease
• Valid California driver’s license required for errands
• Type a minimum of 45 WPM
Details:
• 32 hours per week, Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
• Starting salary is $14 per hour, negotiable after 90 days
• Working in a home office environment, with 2-3 other people & the cutest little dog you’ve ever seen
• Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off and medical insurance stipend after 90 day trial period.
